Professor Shahab Enam Khan is one of Bangladesh’s most distinguished scholars of international relations and a globally recognised policy expert with over two decades of engagement spanning conflict mediation, counter-terrorism strategy, and Indo-Pacific geopolitics. He is a Professor of International Relations at Jahangirnagar University and the founding Executive Director of the Bangladesh Center for Indo-Pacific Affairs (BCIPA).
His international credentials are exceptional. He is a US Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence (2022–2023), a UK Chevening Fellow (2009), a Distinguished Scholar recognised by Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and an Eminent Scholar in China. He is an alumnus of the Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies at the US National Defense University.
Professor Khan has consulted for UNDP, UNODC, UN Women, UNESCO, the World Bank, USAID, the International Republican Institute, and the British Council. He has drafted Bangladesh’s National Broadcasting Policy, designed the Counter-Terrorism Strategy Paper, and participated in Bangladesh–Myanmar dialogues on refugee repatriation. He delivers lectures regularly at the Armed Forces War Course and the National Defence College, where he serves as Academic Advisor and Editor in Chief of the NDC Journal — the first civilian to hold the post.
He has addressed audiences in more than 30 countries and appeared at institutions including the US National Defense University, the French École Militaire, and the Wilson Center in Washington D.C.

Shaniur brings over 24 years of cross-cultural leadership experience spanning telecommunications, enterprise technology, digital commerce, and sovereign AI infrastructure across Asia-Pacific, South Asia, and the Middle East. He holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Communication Engineering and Computer Science from RMIT University, Melbourne.
His technology career spans CTO of a national telecommunications operator in Bangladesh, Founder and CEO of Connect Seven Solution in Malaysia, and software development at the Australian Bureau of Meteorology. He has led the strategic expansion of Haier Bangladesh Ltd as President since 2020 and is Co-Founder and CEO of Xyra Systems — the AI intelligence platform that serves as SpecKnox’s technology backbone.
At SpecKnox, Shaniur leads commercial strategy, technology integration, and client engagement. His ability to translate complex geopolitical and technical capabilities into practical solutions for government and institutional clients is central to how SpecKnox delivers.

Sazzad is a software architect and AI engineer with over 25 years of experience building distributed systems, SaaS platforms, and production-grade AI infrastructure. He holds a Master’s degree in IT from RMIT University, Melbourne, graduating with High Distinction Average, and a First Class Honours degree in Computer Science from Birmingham City University, UK.
He is the Managing Director of Binary Quest Limited, a software development firm with 17 years of operation, and Principal Consultant at Binary Quest Software Pty Ltd in Melbourne. He is also Co-Founder and Chairman of Xyra Systems, where he leads all technical architecture.
